"I was very impressed by the level of attention to detail The Photo Booth People had when replying to all of my email enquiries, no question was left unanswered! They were so helpful, I couldn't believe when I found out they were replying to my initial bombardment of enquiries from overseas on a business trip! The photobooth turned up without a scratch, and it was everything I thought it would be and more!
These guys are very experienced in this industry, I would definitely recommend purchasing the business start-up pack and the specialised transport trolley to give your business every possible advantage to hit the ground running. I thought I was just buying a photobooth. But I ended up with successfull small business that I own outright (with no franchise fees!), and now belong to a network of like-minded boothers. "I‘d been thinking of starting up a photobooth business for some time. Being a professional photographer I had plenty of clients asking if I had this service to offer. There is something very different about entering a photobooth and drawing the curtain, it allows people to relax and have fun when no-one is watching.
I did some research and came across “The Photobooth People” and from the moment I first spoke to them I was excited. Nikki and Matt are very approachable and have great knowledge & service, to the point that after a discussion with Nikki and Matt and our first viewing of the photobooth, we were extremely happy to go ahead with our first photobooth purchase. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, responding to all our enquiries with ease.
We started the business “Photobooth4rent” in Brisbane, with the intention of moving the business to my home town of Adelaide. “I attended a wedding recently where there was a photobooth for guests to use. Matt and Nikki from The Photobooth People supplied the booth and also happened to be guests at the wedding. “It started with going to a wedding that hired a photobooth. Seven months later I was at another wedding with the same photobooth, and the same people, ‘The Photobooth People”. Having asked back in September 2009 if the company was looking to franchise, I left my contact details just in case. I had thought what a cool idea. It was something that I could do and something that I would enjoy being an avid photographraphy enthusiast. Anyway, one day I received the call that a photobooth could be purchased. Having enquired about franchises and the high costs, this was perfect. I could purchase the photobooth and start my own business, meaning it was affordable.
From the time of first contact Matt and Nikki answered all my questions, and there were a lot! Not to mention the prompt email correspondence that went on throughout the entire process.
